Women-only coaching · Private studio near Millisle
Personal training for women who are ready to stop putting themselves last, build real strength and feel confident taking up space.

Meet your coach

I’m Emma — personal trainer, online coach, mum, and the woman behind ELM Fitness.
I didn’t walk into a gym already confident. I started lifting after becoming a mum, struggled with the basics and slowly built my strength one promise at a time. That journey changed far more than my body.
Now I help women who have spent years putting everyone else first. You don’t need to be fitter before you begin. You just need a space where you feel safe enough to start.
“Everyone starts at the beginning. The journey is the best part.”

Built, not borrowed
Strength wasn’t something I already had when I began. It came from showing up, learning, failing, trying again and keeping promises to myself. That’s exactly what I help other women do now.

Your own space
No crowds. No waiting for equipment. No feeling watched. Just focused coaching, your own pace and a place where questions are always welcome.
Choose your support
Whether you want me beside you in the studio, in your pocket through the app, or a mix of both — there’s a route for you.

More than before & afters
Progress might look like adding weight to the bar. It might be wearing something you used to hide in, walking into a gym without fear, or finally keeping a promise to yourself.
These results weren’t created by chasing perfection. They came from learning to train well, building routines that fit real life and continuing to show up.

In their own words
Not every win belongs in a before-and-after. Sometimes the biggest change is feeling safe, capable and proud of yourself.
“Starting weight training genuinely intimidated me. From the very beginning Emma made me feel comfortable, supported and never once judged. I’ve gone from feeling nervous and out of place in the gym to actually enjoying weight training and feeling proud of my progress.

“Our sessions never get boring or repetitive. Emma is really knowledgeable, pushes you hard but is calm and methodical, listens to your needs and adjusts training accordingly.
Long-term client
“After having a fall and hurting my knee, the strength I’d built in my legs made everyday things so much easier. I honestly believe my recovery wouldn’t be progressing as quickly if I wasn’t training.
ELM Fitness client
“I have gained strength, increased flexibility and lost over one stone, which has also helped my self-confidence. There is always plenty of laughter and chat.
